A graduate of Old Dominion University with her Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene, Cindy has been practicing the art of dental hygiene for 37 years. Cindy loves building relationships with her patients and their families and helping them maintain their dental health.
A proud mother of three children, she is an even prouder grandmother. In addition to becoming a baby-sitter extraordinaire, Cindy is an ambitious cook and possesses the wonderful gift of hospitality which she shares with her family, friends, and (lucky us!) co-workers. Cindy and her husband, Bill, are long standing members of Sycamore Presbyterian Church where Cindy teaches Sunday school.
Growing up as an Army brat, Meagan came to us by way of Tennessee where she pursued her education in dentistry. After her marriage to her husband, Eli, she moved to Virginia and brought her considerable skills to our team as a Dental Assistant. Whether showing off her latest hair color or telling corny jokes, Meagan’s joy is to make people smile and she wants to help everyone have a smile that they can show off.
Meagan and Eli have one son and live in Chesterfield along with a chocolate lab named Boomer and a cat named Olive. Meagan is a talented artist, enjoys hiking (but only in good weather) and singing.
When we say we are a family practice, we aren’t kidding. Jaymie entered the dental field almost a decade ago when her Aunt Karin asked her to help out in the office “just for a little while”. Next thing she knew, she was a full-time dental assistant! Her attention to detail means that our sterilization processes run smoothly and if you don’t see her doing that, she’s in the lab, helping Dr. Mamrick with his lab work.
Jaymie enjoys gaming and keeps in contact with her friends who live all over the country. She is the proud owner of the most pathetic snake ever, her black rat snake, Mu.
Although Audra has only been with our office since 2019, she has been in the dental field for almost two decades. She found her passion for dentistry working as a dental assistant while still in high school at Midlothian High School. Following a move to Minnesota, she continued working in dentistry, graduating from Hibbing Community College’s Dental Assisting Program before finally becoming disenchanted with snow and moving back to Virginia in 2017.
Audra and her husband, Todd, live in Hopewell. When not playing referee between their cat Sadie and dogs Xavier and Churchill, Audra enjoys gaming, crafting, reading and travel.
Coming to dentistry from the field of interior design, Leah began working for Dr. Mamrick almost a decade ago gradually moving into the Insurance/Treatment Coordinator position. Her favorite part of her job is helping patients with their scheduling, financial and insurance needs (even if it means spending time on hold with insurance companies.) In 2017, she took on the additional responsibility of designing our office renovation and did a fabulous job! Leah is also a member of the American Association of Dental Office Managers (AADOM).
Leah and her husband, Chris, live in Richmond and she spends her time cooking, reading and attempting to renovate a 120 year-old house. They both are active members at Bon Air Christian Church.
Ann joined us in 2022 with 32 years of experience in dentistry. She started her career as a dental assistant in a pediatric office and over the years has added dental scheduling, insurance administration, treatment planning and office management to her resume. In addition to helping patients with their dental treatment, Ann loves meeting new people and learning about their life experiences.
Ann and her husband, Ronnie, live in Chesterfield and she has a daughter, son-in-law, two grandchildren and a German Shorthaired Pointer named Ringer. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, cycling the local trails with her father, and scrolling through Pinterest in search of a new craft project.
Karin’s introduction to dentistry began when she married a dental student. She served as Dr. Mamrick’s chairside assistant for several years before bringing her expertise in corporate and compensation administration to her current role of Practice Administrator where she works tirelessly in the background keeping the office running. She is a member of the American Association of Dental Office Managers (AADOM) and is part of AADOM’s Dental Spouse Business Network.
In what little spare time she has, she enjoys reading and basking in the sun on the beach and if she’s lucky, gets to do those things simultaneously.
